This Refund Policy explains the terms under which payments for ImgDeal ("ImgDeal", the "Service"), operated by RapidFoundry Ltd ("RapidFoundry", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), are handled. By purchasing a subscription, plan, or any paid feature of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy. This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.
Refunds
Outside the cases below, payments to RapidFoundry Ltd for ImgDeal, including subscriptions, renewals, one-time purchases, upgrades and credits, are not refundable, except for billing errors and where the law of your country requires a refund.
Subscriptions and Renewals
Paid plans may be offered on a recurring subscription basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals, and your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the paid features until the end of that period.
Cancelling a subscription doesn't refund amounts already paid, except when you withdraw as an EU or EEA consumer, see Right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal (EU and EEA consumers)
If you live in the European Union, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein and buy as a private person, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days end 14 days after the day you buy, or after the day your free trial starts. Automatic renewals of a subscription do not start a new 14-day period.
To withdraw, use Withdraw from contract next to the purchase in Billing, or send us a clear statement through a support ticket. You can use the model form below, but you don't have to. It's enough that your message reaches us before the 14 days end.
We confirm by email that we received your withdrawal. We refund you within 14 days of receiving it, to the payment method you used, without any fee.
Subscriptions: at checkout you ask us to start your access straight away. If you withdraw, we keep the share of the price for the days you had access and refund the rest.
Credits and one-time unlocks: at checkout you ask for immediate delivery and confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal once it's delivered. After delivery these purchases can't be withdrawn.
Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are sold by Apple or Google. Their refund rules apply; request a refund from them.

Exceptional Circumstances
Any exception to this Policy is granted entirely at our sole discretion, on a case-by-case basis, and does not create any obligation or precedent for us to grant the same or similar treatment in any other case.
